Performing and understanding Digital Citizenship in a media saturated world is often difficult for technology users, while engaging in and with digital communities provides important space to practice and negotiate these performances in lower-risk contexts. The tech demonstrations in this session explore how we learn and live with technology. This session explores the risks and rewards of creating space for digital citizenship learning and engagement inside and outside the classroom. To explore the possibilities of these spaces, we invite everyone to play with technology to better understand the connections to their own digital citizenship learning. This session will explore games, video games, digital dictionaries, and more.
